Where do you ship?
Free standard shipping on all orders to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days from the applicable handling starting point; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. We do not ship to US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or PO Boxes.
When does handling begin?
Our daily order cutoff time is 07:00PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), Monday through Friday. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the starting point for calculating handling time. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, or on weekends or applicable public holidays, use the next business day as the starting point. Business days exclude weekends and applicable US federal public holidays.
How do I choose a size?
Use the garment measurements on each product page. Our sweatshirts have a relaxed fit. Measure a sweatshirt you own and compare its chest circumference and length.
How do I care for my sweatshirt?
Follow the product-specific care instructions. Printed designs should not be ironed directly; embroidered pieces also need protection from snagging.
Can I return my item?
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Ordinary returns must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with original packaging and any original tags. Contact support@nexoraco.xyz with your order number and reason before returning anything. Obtain return authorization first. No restocking fee applies.
Who pays return shipping?
We cover returns due to our error, damage or a defect. You cover return shipping for a change of mind. Ordinary return conditions do not prevent review of damaged, defective or incorrect items.
When will an approved refund be processed?
After receipt and inspection of the return and approval, refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Account posting can depend on your provider.
What currency and tax appear at checkout?
Prices are in USD. Checkout shows shipping as $0.00 and tax as $0.00. This display is not a statement that products are legally tax-exempt.
